  • Sizing Policy
    All jewelry is made to order. This allows you to select the perfect size for you when purchasing your pieces. If you are unsure about which size would be best for you or the size you would like is not listed, please email ( or DM me on Instagram. Once your jewelry has been purchased, you may not change the size.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    Bracelets: Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, then measure with a ruler. Keep in mind that all bracelets are stretchy! Don’t have a ruler handy? I recommend 5.5 inches as an x-small, 6 as a small, 6.5 as a medium, 7 as a large, and 7.5 as an x-large! Necklace Recommendations: All necklaces are made with an extender, so you can adjust every necklace by 2 inches! Tight choker → 12.5-14.5 inches Short, but not tight → 14-16 inches Middle length → 15.5-17.5 inches Necklace → 17-19 inches Rings: Wrap a piece of string around your finger, then measure with a ruler. Use a general ring size chart to convert the inches to a standard digit ring size.
  • Shipping and Processing
    Kate's Beads currently only ships within the United States. All purchases are handmade, carefully packaged, and shipped out as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped out in 2-5 business days. If you need me to ship your jewelry sooner, please email before purchasing to confirm that I am able to. If your order will take longer than 2-5 days to ship out, that means that a material is not readily available. I will then email you a new expected shipping date.
  • Local Pickups
    If you live nearby and would prefer to pick up your order, message @katesbeads on Instagram before ordering for pickup instructions and a code to eliminate the shipping cost!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Flat rate shipping typically takes 2-5 days to arrive depending on your location.
  • Jewelry Care
    A jewelry care card is included with every purchase to assure that you do everything to keep your jewelry in great shape! If you plan to wear your jewelry in the water, email and I will send you my best recommendations on what to order! Although this is a rare occurrence, if your jewelry is damaged, please email and attach a photo of the piece. I will get the issue taken care of ASAP!
  • Do you accept returns and exchanges?
    All jewelry is made to order, so I do not accept any returns or exchanges.

  • How often do you restock sold out items?
    Restocking time varies depending on the availability of materials. If you have your eye on something, email me for an expected restock date!
  • Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes! I love receiving custom orders! Please email me with your request and I will get back to you ASAP!
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging
    All packaging is eco-friendly! I use 100% compostable mailers and biodegradable clear bags.
